How to obtain PIV-I cards for your employees?

HID PIV-I Service provides complete, end-to-end PIV-I card enrollment, issuance and life cycle management. Easily and quickly order PIV-I cards online, manage account and payment information, and get support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To get started, register your company by completing the Customer Application. This creates an online account for one or more of your company representatives to purchase PIV-I credentials and sponsor employees. Once employees have been sponsored, they will receive an email directing them to our enrollment website. The enrollment website takes employees through four simple steps to obtain their PIV-I cards.

Acceptable forms of ID are an unexpired:

  • U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card
  • Permanent Resident Card - Alien Registration Receipt (Form I-551)
  • Foreign Passport - Contains a temporary I-551 stamp or temporary I-551 printed notation on a machine-readable immigrant visa. In the case of a nonimmigrant alien authorized to work for a specific employer incident to status, a foreign passport with Form I-94 or Form I-94A bearing the same name as the passport and containing an endorsement of the alien's nonimmigrant status, as long as the period of endorsement has not yet expired and the proposed employment is not in conflict with any restrictions or limitations identified on the form.
  • Employment Authorization Document - Must contain a photograph (Form I-766)
  • Passport from the FSM or RMI - Passport from Federated States of Micronesia or the Republic of the Marshall Islands with Form I-94 or Form I-94A indicating nonimmigrant admission under the Compact of Free Association Between the United States and the FSM or RMI.
  • State Driver's License or ID - Issued by a State or outlying possession of the U.S. provided it contains a photograph or information such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color and address.
  • Government ID - Issued by federal, state or local government agencies or entities, provided it contains a photograph or information such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color, and address.
